We endeavour to respond to any queries or issues that arise from our customers, therefore we have answered important queries below.

Where is my order?

All items are made to order, and can take up to four days to create. The timings of when your order gets to you will depend on the country you are located in. If you selected tracked delivery at checkout, you can track your package on the carrier's website. Please check our "Shipping and Delivery" page for further information.

Can I return an order?

If you're unhappy with your order, whether it's a sizing issue or a faulty garment, you have up to 30 days to return the items to receive a brand new one. We are not able to make refunds.

How can I change my order/size?

If you have checked out on our website and changed your mind on the size or the item, please don't panic! Just send us an email on info@fashfocus.co.uk with your order number and new requirements so we can correct this for you.

What is the price of the product in my currency?

To checkout and browse our site in a currency based on your location, locate the currency selector button at the bottom left hand side of your screen. In addition to GBP, we also have Euro currency available when you checkout.

Will the logo ink / dye come out in the wash?

We use quality screen inks and dyes to create our unique vibrant pieces. We can assure you, by taking care of your garment it will remain in good condition.

Clothing garment should be turned inside out and washed on a 30-degree cycle. Please do not tumble dry your garments - only air dry. 

Please refrain from machine washing and tumble drying our tote bags as the material is thinner, therefore the ink may fade. Please handwash only.

My package hasn't turned up, I think it may be lost?

If you selected "International Tracking" at checkout, it is sent out with tracked delivery to ensure we both have peace of mind on your parcel's whereabouts at all times. We encourage you to choose this option to ensure your package gets to you without any issues.

If you're an International customer and your package gets lost in the post, we will submit a claim to Royal Mail to investigate further. 

If you are a UK customer, we will submit a claim to Hermes to investigate further.

If the status of your parcel reads "Delivered" however you have not received your package, we are not entitled to issue a refund or make a claim. Please make a claim against the parcel company yourself, to either locate your package or get your money back.
